Devotion
The path to spiritual maturity is the same as many others: no pain, no gain. A nugget of gold freshly dug out from the ground looks dirty and dull. However once it goes through the fiery refining process, it emerges as the shiny and lustrous 24K gold. Therefore do not fear trials and temptations. Face it with tenacious faith, knowing that God will not put you through more than you could bear. This test of faith will deepen your maturity and qualify you for your heavenly inheritance.
