Daily Verse
“Then He brought us out from there, that He might bring us in, to give us the land of which He swore to our fathers. And the Lord commanded us to observe all these statutes, to fear the Lord our God, for our good always, that He might preserve us alive, as it is this day.“ – DEUTERONOMY 6:23-24
Devotion
The wellspring of this lovingkindness will never dry up in our life (Ps 34:8-10). This portion of goodness will allow us to experience His covenantal grace (Ps 34:11-12). Jesus was personified as the fear of Isaac in the Old Testament. Just as Isaac inherited everything from his father Abraham, Jesus too inherited the special promise from His heavenly Father
(Gen 25:5; Acts 2:27-28, 31). And we, being joint heirs with Jesus enjoy the fullness of His covenant blessing (Prov 22:4).
