Christendom today is in urgent need of a revival of personal godliness, especially amongst its leaders. Religious hypocrisy is the stark antithesis of godliness. Realise this: the proof of true godliness is birthed in the chambers of our private life, not in the courtyards of our public endeavours. Fervent prayers made in our closet anchor the roots of personal godliness. When the truth of 1 Timothy 6 verse 6 and 11 prevails, the fear of God will be the air we breathe.
