Devotion
Godliness is akin to holiness and is the tangible exhibition of Christlikeness. The word of God cultivates godliness in our lives (1 Tim 4:6-7).The three characteristics of godliness described here are demonstrated through a walk of love, faith and purity. Godliness is the divine grace given to us to partake of the promises of God (2 Pet 1:3-4).
