Devotion
In Jeremiah 17:9, prophet Jeremiah became acutely aware that the vilest deceits come from the human heart. Yet deceit runs contrary to truthfulness; if we want to walk in the fear of God, we must put off deceit. Instead, we must allow the Spirit of Truth as in John 16:13 to mentor us into the walking along the paths of righteousness (Ps 23:3).
