“since it is a righteous thing with God to repay with tribulation those who trouble you, and to give you who are troubled rest with us when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with His mighty angels, in flaming fire taking vengeance on those who do not know God, and on those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.” – 2 THESSALONIANS 1:6-8
Devotion
There are two groups of people who fail to practice truth: unbelievers who continue to reject the Truth, and believers who have knowledge of the Truth but remain disobedient to His explicit will. Truth will have the last word of vindication in the day of judgment. The wheels of justice may grind slowly but on that day, it will grind every kernel of wickedness without an ounce of mercy. Therefore, fear God and walk in His ways, for He will surely repay every enemy that trampled down His truth.
