Devotion
Humility is Christlikeness (Phil 2:8; Mark 10: 43-45). It is a mantle of servanthood (1 Pet 5:5). Jesus displayed the spirit of humility in bending low to wash the feet of His disciples. Humility is the condition of the lowliness of the renewed mind (Col 3:12). Humility is a close cousin of the fear of the Lord (Prov 22:4). Humility brings great elevation and honour in life (Prov 15:33; 18:12).
