Devotion
The one who sows honour will reap greater honour (Gen 1:12). The humble know that honouring God is a mark of excellence (Luke 18:14) for honour attracts favour (2 Kings 4:10, 16). A key way to honour God is to honour His servants and the messages they bring; one must ruminate on and carefully apply every God-inspired nugget of truth till it yields fruit in their life.
