Think before you act, for those who are impetuous are bound to make mistakes and errors. Those who fear the Lord will be adept at anger management. Wisdom will caution them against hasty actions and impulsive speech. It will steer them away from failures and prevent them from falling out of favour with those they associate with. The wise and prudent will ponder carefully before making their decision.
