Devotion
Christian leaders must establish themselves as exemplary models of holiness. Their lifestyles and ministries must strive to express the holy character of God, because as leaders they will receive a stricter judgment for their works (James 3:1). As such, every leader who walks in the fear of the Lord must take heed of the requirements laid out in 1 Timothy 3:1-12.
