Devotion
God is omniscient; He knows everything. The eyes of God roam to and fro; even when you think no one is watching you, His eyes are there (Prov 15:3). It is therefore wise of you to come clean and be transparent and truthful in all that you have done. If what you have done is wrong and deserves punishment, then so be it. It is far better than reaping the full consequences of your wrong doing on the day of judgement.
